Before joining Kingdom CFO, Austin spent his career in church ministry environments, where he focused on investing in people, building healthy organizational structures, and developing cohesive, high-functioning teams. By combining data-driven insight with a relational, human-centered approach, he helps organizations grow in clarity, stability, and effectiveness.

Austin has been married to his wife for 14 years, and together they have four incredible children.
